Workshop Cancellation & returns policy.

Workshop Cancellations

In the event of a workshop being cancelled by the facilitator due to unexpected circumstances, there will be an option to either attend the workshop at a rescheduled date, or be issued a full refund.

In the event there are fewer than 4 people registered for a workshop one week out, the workshop will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

In the event you are unable to attend any workshop or workshops you have signed up for,  there will be an option to either attend any future scheduled workshops, transfer your booking to a friend or use the money to purchase something from Reconnect to Nature’s online store to the same value, or towards something of greater value.  

In the instance of extenuating circumstances, a full refund may be given at the facilitator’s discretion.

Product Returns

We have a 21 day return policy.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in its original condition.  You will also need to provide proof of purchase.  Once we have received your returned item, we will inspect the item and then contact you direct with the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved we will provide a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), within 7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.  

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Damaged Goods

Please contact us immediately if your item has been damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, so we can look into the matter and rectify the issue.
